Academia+ will further facilitate the transition between training and the world of work as well as between different jobs and countries by developing resources which highlight the value of mobility as well as providing guidance professionals with the opportunity to attend training courses in partner countries.

How?

The project will meet its aims by developing three exchange/ training programs with accompanying resources designed for careers guidance professionals. These will address:

• Counselling migrants and refugees
• Future jobs
• Demographic change

The project will also develop a media centre and learning environment with content, materials and resources (in the forms of videos, activities, exercise etc) which will complement the training programs as well as provide a basis for future training. These tools will also better equip careers practitioners with the knowledge they need for labour market integration and job placement.
